IMPORTANT! Please read the following information carefully!
SHIPPING
We ship F.O.B. from our warehouse location, with the exception of factory drop shipments and via common carrier. All shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Items temporarily back-ordered are shipped immediately from our warehouse.
DAMAGE/SHORTAGE CLAIMS
Buyer should inspect all orders/items for shipping damage or shortages. If damage has occurred, please note damage on the delivery receipt and notify our customer service department immediately.
PRODUCT PRICING
Due to market fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are confirmed at time of order placement.
MINIMUM ORDER
There is a $50.00 minimum order requirement.
CONFIRMING PURCHASE ORDERS
Confirming purchase orders is not necessary on the site. If you must mail a confirmation purchase order, clearly mark “CONFIRMATION OF PURCHASE ORDER” to avoid duplication of order.
TERMS
Net 30 days to accounts with established credit. Open account is available to qualified customers. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
SALES TAX
We are required by law to add applicable sales tax to all orders. If you are exempt, please submit your tax exemption certificate.
PRICING POLICY
Although Accurate Safety Distributors, Inc. intends to maintain during the life of our mailings and promotions, whether in print or electronic form, we reserve the right, to be exercised at our sole discretion, to revise prices, limit quantities, and correct printing/pricing errors.
RETURNS
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please call, fax or email our customer service department for a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions prior to return. Special order items, videos, and custom imprinted items are non-returnable unless there is a defect in quality or workmanship. Shipping charges should be prepaid unless arranged in advance. NO C.O.D. shipments accepted. All orders must be carefully packed and will be subject to charge back if not in saleable condition. All orders may be subject to a restocking fee if cancelled after shipment except if a product is damaged in shipping or defects that render it un-saleable.
LIMITED WARRANTY
All products found on Accurate Safety Distributors, Inc. web-store have been manufactured by other parties. These products may be warranted by their respective manufacturer against defects in workmanship and materials that arise during normal use. There may be a limited term to any of these manufacturer’s warranties, and these warranties may be invalidated by any misuse of the products. The manufacturers have provided substantial product information on the web-store. These statistics are reproduced solely for the Buyer’s information and convenience. This web-store does not represent these statistics as being accurate. Determining the adequacy of any product for any intended purpose is solely the responsibility of the Buyer. Any claims for consequential or incidental damages arising out of or connected to the manufacture, sale, delivery or use of the product found on this web-store in no event be Accurate Safety Distributors, Inc. liability. In all events, Accurate Safety Distributors, Inc. liability shall be limited to and shall not exceed the purchase price for the product by the Buyer.
